I offer a strategic, personalized approach to help you create systems, not only for meal planning, shopping, prepping and even cooking, but also to help you shift some of the habits and patterns your family has fallen into (ie: iPads at the table, everyone eating something different, snacks in place of meals, stressful arguing instead of calm conversations, etc.)

A strategy session is an opportunity for us to dive into your family’s individual circumstances and specific challenges when it comes to eating habits. Together we will figure out YOUR priorities, create a plan to “cut the crap” and increase more healthy, nutritious, delicious foods for your family. You’ll leave this conversation feeling more clear and confident and with specific next steps to help you
transform your family dinners and your family’s health.

    Create systems.

    If you want to cut back on the amount of crap your family is eating, you’re gonna need to get some systems in place. We will look at what strategies and systems you’re using for meal planning, shopping and prep and see how we can improve upon them or create new ones.

  • Cook with confidence.

    Cooking is a life skill that, unfortunately, many of us who grew up on microwave pizza and pasta in a can, were never taught. Let’s figure out if you need to start with basic skills and shortcuts in the kitchen, or if more advanced cooking classes to inspire your own creativity is what you need. Either way, we can help you save a ton of time and feel great about what you’re serving.

  • Fuel your body.

    What are the ideal foods for your body? What foods are best for you to avoid? Are your cravings or symptoms signs that your nutrition needs adjustment? Our conversation will help you get more clear on all of this for yourself and your family.
